Knowledge Module

Fundamentals Level

This level contains 3 papers (F1 Accountant in business, F2 Management accounting & F3 Financial accounting). Completion of the AAT qualification or a relevant degree should gain a student exemption from the knowledge modules. For more information please see the www.accaglobal.com website. We do not currently offer any courses for these papers.

Skills Module

This level contains 6 papers which can be taken in any order or combination. The externally sat examinations can be taken in May, June, September or December. The pass mark is 50% and a permanent credit is awarded for any paper where this score is achieved.

Our courses offer combined tuition and revision classes throughout the year over 3 – 5 days. Tuition is intensive (9.30am – 4.30pm) with use of quality Kaplan materials included in the fees. Expert tutor direction & support is aimed at first time passes and practice assessments are available.

Professional Level

This level contains 2 compulsory modules Strategic Business Leader and Strategic Business Reporting. There are 4 optional modules but students need only complete 2 of these. The externally sat examinations can be taken in March, June, September or December. The pass mark is 50% and a permanent credit is awarded for any paper where this score is achieved.

Enrolment

Courses must be paid for in full upon enrolment. We reserve the right to cancel or vary any courses without liability to Severn Financial Training Ltd or its staff. Any cancellation has to be confirmed in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of a course and a refund of 90% of the fees will be made. No refund will be given when cancellation occurs within 7 days of the commencement of the course. Any membership fees for the institute administering the qualification or any exemptions requests are the sole responsibility of the student.
