External Students – Do you need to book an exam?

We only take exam bookings by Email to  info@severnfinancialtraining.co.uk

PLEASE SEND A NEW EMAIL FOR EACH EXAM BOOKING – THANK YOU.

We need to know:

• your full name
• your AAT registration number
• your date of birth.
• the full name and address of whom the invoice needs to be made out to (and any purchase order number if applicable).
• Which exam you would like to sit.
• Which qualification you are registered for.
• The date and time you would like to sit.
• If you have a reasonable adjustment (such as extra time in exams, or the use of a bilingual dictionary), which has been agreed with AAT – YOU MUST INFORM US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING in order that this can be accommodated.

Cost of Exams for sittings from September 1st 2025: 

Level 1 £99.00

Level 2 & 3  £125.00 (Except Business Environment Synoptic – £130.00)

Level 4 £128.00

Please note we have FREE ONSITE PARKING.

PAYMENT – Exams are due for payment at the time of booking, on receipt of our invoice.

REFUNDS – Exam fees are non-refundable.

PLEASE ONLY BOOK IN FOR YOUR EXAM WHEN YOU ARE READY TO SIT .

RESCHEDULING OF EXAMS – rescheduling of exams is subject to the administration fee (inc Vat) of £60.00  PLEASE NOTE – we require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule your exam.
